Dr. Clayton Hopkins
Dr. Hopkins can bring the weight of decades of experience
and critical analysis to help your team bring your case to its

Dr. Clayton W. Hopkins is the President of Expert Forensic
Consulting, LLC. His 28 years of experience as a practicing
Chiropractic Physician allows him great perspective when
evaluating complex medicolegal situations. His additional
educational training background in Social and Behavioral
Sciences gives him a broader viewpoint in terms of the
psycho-social component of cases. His professional training
includes Certification in Acupuncture, Certification in
Manipulation Under Anesthesia, and he is a Diplomate of the
American Board of Forensic Professionals, a Specialty Council
authorized by the American Chiropractic Association. He is
also a Certified Court Video Specialist through the American
Guild of Court Videographers. He has been a Continuing
Education Provider approved by the Florida Bar since 1999 and
has lectured locally and nationally to his chiropractic
colleagues on billing and coding, rehabilitation, treatment
protocols and medicolegal topics such as Colossus and legal

Forensic Consulting
Services
Expert Forensic Consulting, LLC offers services of expert
testimony by Dr. Hopkins regarding physical examination,
diagnosis, prognosis, case management, causation of injury,
appropriateness of care, medical necessity, maximum medical
improvement, disability, permanent impairment, future
treatment necessity and costs, record keeping and
documentation, informed consent, billing and procedural
coding.
As a fully licensed and unrestricted practicing Chiropractic
Physician in Florida, Dr. Hopkins can perform independent
physical examinations for documentation purposes of
individuals in need of a second opinion.
Dr. Hopkins is Certified in the American Medical Association's
publication, “Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent
Impairment,” editions #2 through #6.
Certified videography services are available and performed by
Certified Court Video Specialists to record compulsory medical
examinations and depositions.
Dr. Hopkins is also available to lecture for groups on
multiple areas of medicolegal interest.

Fee Schedule
- Initial telephone consultation and brief review of records at no charge.
- Record Review: $300.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.
- Telephone Consultation: $300.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour
increments.
- Deposition or Live Testimony $600.00 per hour for any and all
parts of an hour.
- Whole Day (10 hours): $5000.00.
- Travel time: $200.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments, plus
accommodations if required.
- Second Opinion Examination with report (and Impairment Rating
if requested) $600.00.
- Certified Videography Services: Minimum $150.00 for first
